Lead human resources as the Director of People & Culture in Whitehorse, Yukon, overseeing HR functions for a diverse workforce exceeding 200 employees. Strategically align people practices with operational needs.
Your role will include full-cycle HR management, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations to build a collaborative culture. You will play a vital part in developing training initiatives and ensuring compliance with employment laws while fostering a positive workplace across all project sites.
