YouTube Video Editor Long-Form (Documentary)

We're looking for a highly skilled Video Editor to join our YouTube team, working on established documentary‑style channels such as Atrium and/or Auralis.

This role is focused on crafting immersive, narrative‑driven videos that combine storytelling, high‑quality visuals, and 3D sequences. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of pacing, knows how to build tension and retention, and can bring stories to life through thoughtful editing choices.

What You’ll Do

• Edit long‑form, documentary‑style videos tailored for YouTube, with a strong focus on storytelling, pacing, and audience retention.
• Refine the pacing of cuts, voiceover timing, and pauses to create a compelling narrative flow.
• Work with pre‑rendered 3D sequences, integrating them seamlessly into the edit based on provided direction.
