Support vulnerable youth in Toronto as a Youth Support Case Management Specialist with StepStones for Youth. This role emphasizes building strong relationships that lead to meaningful outcomes.
You will provide case management services to youth aged 10–25 linked to the child protection system. Engaging youth in their care, you'll help them discover their support circles while collaborating with community partners in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. Your work will focus on delivering tailored support and addressing systemic barriers for marginalized youth.
