Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY The Youth Director provides leadership, vision, and oversight for Praxis Junior and Senior Youth Ministries, building a clear discipleship pathway for the next generation. This includes developing leaders, organizing ministry systems, teaching Scripture, and creating environments where students encounter Jesus, grow in community, and are equipped for mission.
This role supports students, parents, and leaders by ensuring the ministry is spiritually healthy and operationally strong, contributing to the church by raising disciples, strengthening families, and integrating the next generation into the life and mission of the church.
