Your day might begin by coaching a Guide through Coachbot analytics, identifying where a cohort is falling behind. Midday brings live workshops with K‑8 students, executing playbook activities focused on public speaking or feedback delivery. Afternoons transition to motivation work: reviewing individual student progress data, leveraging Alpha’s incentive architecture (school currency, leaderboards), and re‑engaging a resistant 7th grader.
