About the Role

YMCA of Northern Alberta is seeking a part‑time associate to serve as the first point of contact at our Kickstand integrated youth services hub (IYSH), ensuring that everyone feels welcomed. Associates play a key role in shaping a positive experience for our visitors. This position requires a flexible schedule to support youth and operations within the hours of 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote and facilitate a positive YMCA experience for anyone who visits Kickstand; role model YMCA values in each interaction by delivering service responsibly, honestly and with care.
• Provide information on programs and services, process registrations for programs and provide support for events.
