Job Description
Engage children and youth in enriching recreational activities at the YMCA. This role combines program planning, safety supervision, and relationship building in a supportive setting.
As a YMCA Child and Youth Program Staff member, you will report to the Community Y Director and lead activities that inspire creativity and foster teamwork. You'll implement safety protocols, support positive interactions, and ensure a welcoming environment. Your goal is to help participants flourish while having fun through well-structured programming.
