XMC is seeking a Bilingual Staffing Coordinator to drive success in Toronto/GTA. This full-time role focuses on recruitment and coordination within the alcohol beverage industry.
You will play a key role in supporting our Staffing Solutions business by recruiting talent and managing program logistics. Your responsibilities include ensuring that staffing needs are met in a timely manner while maintaining effective communication across French and English-speaking staff. Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate recruiting and retention efforts for staffing
