Workshop manager SP

As a member of the management team, you will manage, lead, develop, and engage a production team to meet time, quality, cost, and safety requirements, respecting the country’s legal work context. You will also drive continuous improvement and ensure effective communication within the team and key interfaces.

Deliver products on time, with quality and cost expectations met, in a safe and healthy environment, employing competent and engaged people while respecting the country’s legal environment.

This role requires awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, serving as the foundation for the company’s success, reputation, and sustainable growth.
