In this Senior Consultant position, you will be instrumental in guiding organizational changes within various industries. Your focus will include leading stakeholder workshops, developing OCM strategies, and managing communications. You will also analyze cultural readiness and design training approaches to ensure smooth transitions within client organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate key client meetings and change workshops
• Create and manage a strategic OCM plan
• Conduct culture gap analysis and develop actionable strategies
• Deliver clear communications to relevant stakeholders
• Oversee the creation and delivery of training programs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in OCM
