As Workforce Rotation Specialist with Vancouver Coastal Health you will:
- Act as one of the key contacts for management/leadership on workforce transformation and more complex rotation issues.
- Conduct thorough reviews to evaluate current workflow delivery systems, assess alternate workflow/schedule patterns, and conduct analysis on staff workflow patterns, and staff mix to develop and design rotations to meet optimal staffing levels.
