Workday Student Financials - Sr Associate

Senior Associates play an integral client-facing project or work‑stream leadership role. While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill‑sets and strengths, the Senior Associate can expect to spend time with a heavy focus on material client interaction through all projects, project management, intensive data‑analysis and identification of the “so‑what’s” therein, and creating compelling client‑ready presentations. Additionally, the Senior Associate will focus on developing Analysts and Coachees.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or commensurate work experience
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in consulting, finance, student finance, higher education, and/or accounting
• Previous experience implementing Student Information Systems like Workday, Banner, Peoplesoft Campus Solutions, or Oracle
• Willingness to travel as needed for project assignments
