Workday Senior Manager - FDM (Saint-Valère, Quebec)

The Role

• Lead end to end Workday Financials deployments with a strong focus on Workday FDM (Foundational Data Model)
• Own full Workday project lifecycle across discovery, design, configuration, testing, and go live
• Act as a Workday Financials SME, advising clients on best practice and scalable Workday solutions
• Deliver across multiple Workday projects including both Launch and Your Way implementations
• Provide leadership to consultants while supporting the growth of the Workday Financials practice

Key Responsibilities

• Translate client requirements into Workday Financials and Workday FDM configurations
• Engage senior stakeholders to present Workday solutions and influence design decisions
• Lead cross functional Workday design conversations including integrations, reporting, and upstream impacts
• Support Workday pre sales cycles as a Financials SME across client engagements
