Overview
BDO is building a high‑performing Workday Financials support team and seeks a driven, detail‑oriented Specialist who will become a true expert in Workday Financial Management.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain business process frameworks
- Maintain financial structures (Chart of Accounts, cost centers, locations, hierarchies, worktags, etc.)
- Support month‑end and year‑end close activities
- Troubleshoot functional and data issues
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and calculated fields
- Partner with Accounting and FP&A to improve reporting accuracy
- Support Workday bi‑annual releases (impact analysis, testing, documentation)
- Lead small enhancements and optimization initiatives
- Document configurations, workflows, and governance standards
