Workday Compensation Analyst

Position Summary: We’re seeking a Workday Compensation Analyst to support and enhance our compensation programs within a complex, multi-entity environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for a mid-career Workday professional with strong experience in both Core and Advanced Compensation. In this role, you’ll partner with Compensation, HR, Payroll, and Operations teams to implement, configure, support, and optimize Workday compensation processes—while ensuring accuracy, scalability, and a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities: Support and maintain Workday Core & Advanced Compensation configuration (plans, eligibility, pay ranges, step structures, bonus/incentive programs) Enable and execute annual and off-cycle compensation processes (merit, bonus, equity) Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy across compensation processes Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scaleable Workday solutions Support testing, audits, and reporti...
