Summary Located in the Architect of the Capitol (AOC), House Office Buildings and Senate Office Buildings, Wood Crafting/Carpentry Branch. The AOC seeks temporary wood crafters for the upcoming 120th Congressional Moves Transition. Since office moves are scheduled 6 days a week, overtime may be required and will be mandatory. Seeking applicants with journey-level wood crafting and/or carpentry skills. Responsibilities These positions are Temporary for the 120th House and Senate Congressional Moves. The job term may end when projects are completed, or funding expires. This position will be used to fill Day and Night shifts. Shifts will be determined and or change based on Operational Needs of Management. Hours may change depending on Operational Needs of Management Wood Crafters will perform a wide range of carpentry projects in support of the 120th Congressional moves.
