Purpose

The Aquatics Team Lead supports the daily operation of the aquatic attractions by providing in-park leadership, coaching aquatic staff, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable guest experience. This position actively supervises a designated zone of attractions, monitors performance standards, assists with training, and responds to incidents and operational concerns in real time.
