Your Role
- Welcome, advise, and serve guests with personalized attention.
- Sell and serve wines and spirits in our bars and restaurants, including à la carte and by the glass.
- Manage inventory, replenishment, and conservation of wines and spirits for guests.
- Train resort staff in wine sales and service.
- Ensure high-quality service, safety compliance, and respect for the resort’s heritage.
