Windchill PLM Business Analyst – Hybrid in Guadalajara, Mexico
We are seeking an experienced Windchill PLM Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience to join a long-term enterprise project. This role focuses on gathering business requirements, optimizing PLM processes, and aligning Windchill capabilities with business needs across engineering and manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Windchill PLM solutions.
- Conduct workshops with stakeholders and translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Map business processes to Windchill Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) capabilities, minimizing customization.
- Configure workflows, lifecycles, and support integrations with CAD and ERP systems.
