WestUrban in Campbell River, BC seeks a flexible, part-time Building Manager to enhance tenant experiences and community relationships. Strong organizational skills are essential in this dynamic role.
As part of our Property Management Team, you’ll manage operations both in the office and on-site. Your focus will be on maintaining an exceptional living environment for tenants while addressing concerns and ensuring building safety. A positive attitude and strong communication will be vital for effective tenant relations and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve tenant service requests in a timely manner
• Maintain building policies and oversee site staff
• Update and enforce the fire safety plan
• Show available suites to new prospects
• Ensure proper maintenance and cleaning of the property
