Job Description
Assume the leadership of Wellness Services as the Director, focusing on comprehensive care for seniors. Ensure impactful delivery across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care contexts.
As a leader in wellness, you will report to the Community Director, driving the development, implementation, and oversight of care programs. You’ll maintain compliance with clinical standards, legislative requirements, and organizational policies, while cultivating a supportive environment for residents and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure high-quality nursing care compliance
