The Wellness Department Manager is responsible for the overall appearance, efficiency, team leadership, and financial performance of the Wellness Department, including vitamins, supplements, and health and beauty products. This is ahands-on leadership role that balances customer service, team development, inventory management, merchandising, and sales performance.
