Steen Agencies Inc. is hiring a Personal Insurance Broker in Weldon, SK. This position offers full-time hours focusing on customer service, policy advice, and efficient transaction processing.
As part of a positive, energetic team, you will provide expert advice on policy options, handle daily transactions, and manage customer invoicing and claims. This role is structured from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, catering to the needs of our expanding brokerage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise customers on insurance policy options
• Process transactions through the SGI system
• Handle invoicing and payments for policies
• Maintain customer records and correspondence
• Service claims for existing customers
Requirements:
• Level I & II Insurance Brokers License (willing to obtain)
• Experience in customer service is a plus
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
