Welding Coordinator

We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator – Welding to join our team and lead key initiatives in automated welding and robotic maintenance. Main Responsibilities Lead welding supervisors and technicians, ensuring resources and compliance with production plans. Implement continuous improvement strategies in automated welding processes ( MIG/MAG , resistance welding , TIG ). Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance programs in robotic cells and welding equipment. Coordinate internal and external audits, managing corrective actions. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production to standardize processes and support new projects. Manage key indicators ( OEE , FPY , downtime, scrap) and generate executive reports. Oversee safety, environmental, and quality policies according to the Integrated Management System. Validate new equipment, layouts, and automation projects.
