We are currently seeking a Wedding Manager for Grand Hyatt Los Cabos.

This role is perfect for a creative and commercially driven professional with experience in destination weddings, looking to lead and grow a key revenue segment within a luxury resort.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive wedding sales through proactive prospecting and relationship management

Sell wedding packages and maximize ancillary revenue (F& B, décor, spa, events)

Lead the Weddings team and ensure exceptional execution of each event

Build strong partnerships with wedding planners, agencies, and travel advisors

Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to position the resort and deliver seamless experiences

Monitor trends and continuously enhance the wedding offering

Profile:

2+ years of experience in wedding sales, catering, or social events, preferably in resorts
