The Marketing AI Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operation, optimization, and business alignment of the company's AI chatbot platform used by both internal and external users. This role ensures the chatbot is accurate, compliant, and continuously improving , while delivering measurable business value across marketing, sales,customer support. Azure Open AI Management: Lead the administration of our AI instances, managing model versions (e.g., Security & Data Guardrails: Implement robust filters to prevent hallucinations and ensure the bot never leaks sensitive company or customer data.
Manage user permissions and ensure the system complies with global data privacy (GDPR/CCPA).

Performance & Response Optimization
Advanced Prompt Engineering: Design, test, and version-control complex system prompts to maintain the bot's persona and task accuracy.
