Gallagher is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Web Content Lead to join our dynamic Global Web Operations team. Reporting directly to the Web Content Manager, this role is focused on supporting global web operations by bridging strategy and execution. The Web Content Lead will ensure high-quality page builds, streamline workflows, and foster collaboration across global stakeholders, developers, and regional marketing teams. This role will serve as a mentor and quality gatekeeper for a distributed team of web editors across the , EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with enterprise content management systems (Sitecore preferred), a strong understanding of web page structure and UX best practices, and exceptional communication and leadership skills.
