Requirements:- 2+ years of experience
- Conversational English
- Availability to work from CDMX, MTY, QRO or GDL (hybrid mood)
- Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) daily operations and monitoring
- Troubleshooting Teams Rooms hardware/software/network issues
- ServiceNow (SNOW) incident resolution and documentation
- Microsoft Teams Admin Center (TAC)
- Push configuration profiles
- Manage app/firmware updates
- Monitor alerts and health devices
- Telemetry, automated updates
- Room analytics
- Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
- OEM platform exposure: Logitech Sync, Poly Lens, Crestron, Yealink, Lenovo
- Exchange Online Admin Center (room calendars, scheduling permissions, booking policies)
