Warehouse Team Lead

DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Team Lead will manage and execute daily Distribution Center Operations to ensure customer requirements are met in a manner that is consistent with company’s safety, service and cost objectives. This will be a working lead hand who will oversee the day-to‑day functions including but not limited to Receiving, order fulfillment, shipping, inventory.

Must be able to work flexible hours/overtime when necessary, including weekends.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plans and schedules personnel to ensure proper staffing to receive, pick, pack and ship, a productive, safe, cost‑efficient manner.
• Ascertains that product inbound and outbound adheres to current procedures and safety measures while maintaining high customer service levels.
