In this critical role, you will utilize your 3-5 years of warehouse management experience and expertise in supply chain operations. Leading by example, you'll facilitate training, promote teamwork, and drive performance through effective monitoring and reporting of KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct all receiving and dispatching activities
• Ensure accuracy in order staging and processing
• Foster a safe working environment for all staff
• Analyze workflows and recommend improvements
• Maintain thorough documentation for all operations
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Supply Chain & Logistics preferred
• 3-5 years warehouse management experience
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
