Salary Range: 80K-90K
Responsibilities
- Effectively plan, direct, and coordinate all warehouse and inventory control activities, including inbound and outbound product flow.
- Delegate responsibilities to supervisors and team leads to achieve safe, productive and economical storage, handling, and distribution while meeting company profit and ROI goals.
- Supervise and coordinate the inventory control department to ensure physical and system inventory accuracy; keep warehouse profiling up to date.
- Lead all warehouse supervisors, team leads, and their teams; ensure regular supervisor reviews and support for safety, productivity and quality standards.
- Utilize labor planning tools; plan person‑hour allocation, set production schedules, and establish work procedures.
