As a permanent warehouse manager, you will lead day-to-day operations of the Metal Stores Warehouse, focusing on quality and compliance with the company's policies. Your experience will support effective inventory management and stakeholder coordination with a strong focus on safety and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage warehouse operations in accordance with company policies
• Ensure proper handling and storage of raw-metal materials
• Collaborate with stakeholders for efficient delivery schedules
• Conduct regular inventory audits and quality inspections
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and improve workflows
Requirements:
• At least 4 years of relevant experience, 3+ in management
• Ability to coach and manage a small team
• Continuous improvement mindset for operational excellence
