Job Description
Wajax is seeking a Business Administrator for a 3-month contract in Sudbury, Ontario. In this role, you'll handle administrative tasks, invoicing, and customer interactions to support business operations.
The ideal candidate will perform basic office duties and maintain effective communication within the administrative team. Responsibilities include creating jobs and purchase orders in M3, as well as supporting accounts payable and receivable. You will play a key role in managing job costs and ensuring timely customer collection processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer calls, direct communications, and greet visitors
• Manage job creation and purchase orders in M3
• Invoice customers and ensure compliance with all charges
• Assist in reviewing weekly work in progress
• Enter time for job costing and payroll purposes
Requirements:
• College diploma or equivalent education
• 3-5 years relevant administrative experience
