Job Description
Overview Our client is one of the fastest-growing purpose-built rental developers in Canada and is seeking a high-impact Vice President, Residential Operations to lead the next phase of portfolio growth across luxury high-rise residential assets in the GTA.
This is a rare opportunity for an established industry leader to join an entrepreneurial, highly ambitious ownership group with a rapidly expanding pipeline of institutional-quality rental developments. The organization currently has approximately 2,000 units in active and upcoming development, including landmark high-rise communities across Toronto, with significant additional growth planned over the next several years.
The successful candidate will oversee the residential platform across operations, leasing, and marketing, while helping shape the long-term strategy and execution of a best-in-class rental housing brand.
The mandate is simple: build the go-to rental company in Canada.
