What you do
Run the operations of the company alongside the CEO.
- Owns planning, business operations, KPI cadence, legal, org architecture, and the teams that make Platzi work day-to-day. Keeps all the moving parts running on a clear rhythm.
- Manages Payroll and the Head of Ops.
- Owns what makes every team accountable to a number, and pushes for the right people at every level.
- Goes into detail to find the answers.
- Understands the why behind everything, questions unknowns, and pushes back on ambiguity. Gets to the root and forces clarity.
Who you are
- 10+ years of experience in tech and/or startups.
- Ideally a former founder or senior operator.
- English and Spanish fluent.
- CDMX or BOG.
- MBA welcomed; equivalent experience accepted.
