  • Define and own KOHO’s global growth strategy, aligning performance, brand, product growth, and experimentation into a single operating model.
  • Lead and scale a cross-functional growth team covering paid acquisition, lifecycle, organic, referrals, affiliates, brand, and offline and OOH media.
