VP of Corporate Development

Peloton is seeking a highly experienced VP of Corporate Development to lead the full lifecycle of mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments. This role will be responsible for sourcing opportunities, executing transactions, and driving post-merger integration in alignment with Peloton’s long-term growth strategy.

You will act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, playing a critical role in shaping Peloton’s inorganic growth agenda.

Primary Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate acquisition, investment, and partnership opportunities aligned with corporate strategy
• Build and maintain a global pipeline of targets across the energy technology ecosystem
• Conduct market mapping, competitive analysis, and industry research
