Ruhrpumpen is seeking a leader to own the go-to-market strategy by industry and drive profitable growth across various End User Markets. In this role, you will set segment strategies, coach Segment Managers, and build growth plans with specific targets.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in industrial B2B, CRM governance, and exhibit excellent communication skills with senior customers. Regular travel may be required.
