Job Description
Elevate Coastal Community Credit Union's lending strategies as the Vice President for Credit Union Lending Growth. Drive member-focused innovation in specialized lending across Vancouver Island and beyond.
You will play a pivotal role by reporting to the Chief Financial Officer while overseeing a dedicated team focused on specialized lending and liquidity management. Your leadership will align our lending activities with our financial objectives and community values while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement lending and liquidity strategies
• Analyze emerging risks and market trends
• Lead and manage specialized lending programs
• Guide and mentor the specialized lending team
• Ensure end-to-end risk management practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related
• 15 years of progressive experience in financial services
• 10 years in senior lending or treasury roles
