Banyan Software seeks an experienced Controllership Leader to spearhead the global finance function for our portfolio of acquired software companies.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the global close, consolidation, audit, and reporting cycle across headquarters and all operating companies under USGAAP.
• Set and achieve a five‑day monthly close target, driving process improvement and automation.
• Lead the year‑end audit, coordinating audit asks across HQ and operating units and ensuring a clean audit outcome.
• Provide group‑level technical accounting expertise, translating USGAAP software‑industry principles into practical, operational controls.
• Standardize chart of accounts, reporting packages, and close timelines across operating companies, while respecting local nuances.
