Volunteer Softball B Team Manager Needed
Job Description
Help create inclusive sports environments as a Volunteer Softball B Team Manager. This role focuses on attendance, fundraising, and communication at McMahen Park every Wednesday.
In the Softball B Team Manager position, you will support the Head Coach with essential logistical tasks. Responsibilities include tracking weekly attendance, managing athletes' funds, and organizing any relevant local tournaments. No prior softball experience is needed, but organizational ability is key for this 2-hour weekly commitment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Head Coach with attendance tracking
• Collect funds from athletes each week
• Organize tournaments if necessary
• Communicate practice updates via email
• Promote an inclusive team atmosphere
Requirements:
• Commitment of 2 hours every Wednesday
• Excellent organizational skills
