Volunteer Roles in Walk with the Dragon 2026
Job Description
Support the S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Foundation by volunteering at the Walk with the Dragon on July 19, 2026, at Lumbermen's Arch, Vancouver. Help achieve a $425,000 target for essential community programs.
Volunteers will fill numerous key positions before and during the event. You can sign up for roles including volunteer registration, event set-up, or engaging guests at the Kid’s Zone. Experience the joy of community involvement and help foster connections through this unique fundraiser.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the setup before the event
• Facilitate participant check-in and registration
• Support various booths, including food and games
• Help with directions and water stations
• Participate in clean-up and recycling efforts
Requirements:
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Experience in customer service preferred
• Skills in event hosting and management
• Ability to work outdoors and in teams
• Commitment to ensuring a successful event
