Be part of Cuso International's mission as a Volunteer Relations Officer in Medellin, Colombia. Commencing in July 2026, this 5-month position demands advanced Spanish and focuses on inclusive employment strategies.
We invite engaging volunteers who can connect with Canadian companies to bridge the vocational training gap. You will identify skill shortages and facilitate partnerships that empower marginalized communities, particularly women and youth. Your contributions will enhance economic resilience and job accessibility in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess skill gaps through local business consultations
• Organize capacity-building workshops for stakeholders
• Promote networking initiatives for marginalized groups
• Create indicators to measure job creation outcomes
• Guide partners in data analysis for program improvement
Requirements:
• Undergraduate or postgraduate degree related to business
• Familiarity with the Canadian private sector
