This volunteer role is for Canadian citizens and permanent residents starting in July 2026 for five months. You'll engage in initiatives focused on economic resilience and inclusive development through the SHARE project, which champions entrepreneurship and skills development. Ideal candidates are those with extensive knowledge in private sector engagement, fostering partnerships, and supporting disadvantaged groups.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess skills needs in local private sector businesses
• Conduct capacity building workshops on economic facilitation
• Facilitate networking for women's and youth employment
• Develop employment indicators and learning frameworks
• Train partners in data collection and competitive analysis
