Stonegate Community Health Centre (link is external) (SCHC) is a charitable organization serving the Stonegate-Queensway community. Our vision is to create a healthy, active and inclusive community where physical, mental and social well‑being is achieved. Stonegate works to improve the well‑being of our community. Together, we identify individual and community needs and respond by providing accessible and inclusive health services and health promotion programs.

We are currently recruiting leaders to join our Board of Directors. We believe that social sector organizations can better achieve their mission by drawing on the skills, talents, and perspectives of a broader and more diverse range of leaders, and that the diversity of viewpoints that come from different life experiences and cultural backgrounds strengthen board deliberations and decision making.
