Vocational Services Program Director
Job Description
Primary Purpose
The Vocational Services Program Director is responsible for developing, evaluating, coordinating all vocational services provided by the Community Re-Entry Program for San Joaquin County Mental Health consumers through enclave work crews working within the community. Position has identified one-year funding. Continuation of this position is based on availability of funds.
Essential Functions
- Responsible for implementation of all existing services in accordance with goals and objectives of the vocational services programs of the Community Re-Entry Program.
- Designs and develops vocational program for new work sites.
- Provides direct supervision to three Job Coaches and one Vocational Behavior Specialist.
- Responsible for the oversight, direction and implementation of enclave services provided by thirty to fifty (30 – 50) paid and volunteer individuals.
