Facilitate successful job placements as a Vocational Counsellor with Pacific Coast Community Resources. Support individuals with disabilities in achieving meaningful employment.
This role involves providing a full range of vocational support services to participants in an integrated community setting. You'll manage caseloads while conducting job development and supporting participants' individual journeys through tailored vocational plans. Your ability to cultivate trusting relationships and communicate effectively will be essential in guiding individuals toward competitive employment opportunities.
