Lead the visual merchandising team as a dedicated Visual Team Lead. Partner with management to inspire customers through strategic display execution and merchandising excellence.
In this influential role, you will collaborate with the District Visual Manager while executing the visual display strategy. Your responsibilities involve leading the visual team and keeping routines that maximize productivity and customer engagement. Reporting analysis will be crucial to identify ways to enhance profitability across the store.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct visual merchandising timelines and execution
• Collaborate to adapt visual directives to the store
• Monitor markdowns and promotional displays
• Communicate inventory needs to ensure sell-through
• Conduct training and onboarding for new associates
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of retail sales and supervision experience
• 1-2 years in visual merchandising or design
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
