Leads and oversees Virtual Workspace Engineering as an end‑to‑end product and engineering function, accountable for the strategy, architecture, engineering, operational stability, and continuous evolution of the Bank’s virtual workspace platforms. The role owns both the current service landscape and the future transformation roadmap, ensuring reliable, secure, scalable, and user‑centric delivery across enterprise virtual workspace services.
This leader is accountable for the present and future of the virtual workspace domain, including Citrix, virtual desktop and application delivery, Omnissa Horizon, and the strategic evolution toward Windows 365 Cloud PC.
