We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in operations and social media monitoring to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:
Irrigation Monitoring (Primary Responsibility)
- Log in daily via VPN to access plant/sensor dashboards;
- Monitor water levels and environmental values across multiple rooms/zones;
- Compare readings against target ranges provided by the client;
- Make small irrigation adjustments when necessary (e.g., modify watering duration or frequency) following written rules;
- Maintain extreme accuracy when adjusting numeric values (e.g., distinguishing 5 minutes vs. 50 minutes);
